SKOOP is a digital signage platform that provides businesses with an efficient and cost- effective way to showcase their products, services, and promotional materials to potential customers. The platform includes a user-friendly web application that allows businesses to upload, manage, and publish their content easily.
SKOOP's mission is to provide businesses with a simple and cost-effective way to engage with their customers and increase brand awareness through digital signage.
We began by conducting extensive research to underst and the needs and preferences of the target audience. We analyzed the competitors in the market and conducted user interviews and surveys to gain insight into the user's behavior and expectations.
The research findings revealed that the target audience preferred a platform that was easy to use and navigate, with simple and clear instructions on how to upload andmanage content. They also desired a platform with a modern and attractive design.
Based on the research findings, we developed wireframes to define the layout and functionality of the platform. The wireframes were developed with user flows in mind and aimed to provide an intuitive navigation experience for users.
We also created high-fidelity prototypes to test the functionality and usability of the design. The prototypes were then tested by users to ensure that the design met their needs and preferences. Feedback from users was used to make necessary adjustments and improve the design.
The final design of the SKOOP digital signage platform is a user-friendly and visually appealing platform that is easy to navigate and manage content. The design features a modern color scheme, typography, and imagery that is consistent throughout the platform.
The platform's functionality is intuitive and easy to understand, making it simple for users to upload and manage their content.
SKOOP was facing a problem where potential customers were hesitant to adopt the platform due to a lack of user-friendliness and difficulty in managing and publishing content.
Customers expressed frustration with the platform's navigation, resulting in low adoption rates and reduced revenue for SKOOP. Additionally, customers reported that the platform's design was outdated and unappealing, making it less attractive to use.
To address these issues, we redesigned SKOOP's website entirely, focusing on creating a user-friendly and intuitive digital signage platform that would allow businesses to create, manage, and publish their content easily. We also updated the platform's design, making it more modern and visually appealing.
SKOOP's primary competitors include Signagelive, Xibo, and ScreenCloud. Eachcompetitor offers similar digital signage platforms, but SKOOP stands out due to its user- friendly platform and cost-effectiveness.
SKOOP's platform is designed to be easy to navigate and manage content, making it ideal for small and medium-sized businesses that want to advertise their products and services to a broader audience without incurring high costs associated with traditional advertising methods.
