Challenge

The primary challenge was to design a user-friendly platform that would appeal to both franchisors and potential franchise owners. The platform had to be easy to use, informative, and visually appealing. Additionally, the platform had to be scalable and adaptable to accommodate the growing number of users.

Problem Statement and Solution:

Our team began by conducting a thorough analysis of the existing platform, including its features, design, and functionality. Based on this analysis, we identified several areas for improvement.

The first step was to streamline the registration and login process. We simplified the registration process, reducing the number of steps required to create an account. We also added a social media login option to make it easier for users to access the platform.

We also revamped the dashboard, making it more user-friendly and informative. The dashboard now displays all the essential information users need to manage their accounts, including their activity history and current status.

To help users find franchises that align with their goals, we added advanced filtering options. These filters allow users to search for franchises based on location, investment level, industry, and other factors.
