Channel19 leverages the power of AI to simplify the logistics process, offering AI assistants that quote loads, book them, and input them into your TMS system. It also monitors Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) using Hours of Service (HoS) data from ELD, tracks reefer temperatures, and monitors detention time. Channel19 facilitates seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders, streamlining operations and reducing the manual effort required to manage loads, making logistics more efficient and less prone to errors.

🔍 Research

In our research, we identified inefficiencies in traditional load management and found that manual processes often led to delays and errors. Channel19 was developed to address these pain points by integrating AI assistants that automate quoting, booking, and monitoring. By leveraging real-time data from Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and reefer equipment, Channel19 offers a more reliable, automated solution that improves communication and operational efficiency for logistics teams.

The design for Channel19 was built with Figma, focusing on a sleek, user-friendly interface that allows logistics teams to easily manage and monitor all aspects of the load process. The platform features intuitive dashboards, clear data visualization, and real-time updates, making it easy for users to access vital information quickly. The design emphasizes simplicity, ensuring that logistics professionals can effortlessly interact with the AI assistants and monitor operations in real-time.

Developed on Webflow, the Channel19 platform offers a responsive and efficient system for logistics management. The platform ensures seamless integration with your existing TMS system and provides an intuitive experience for users to track and manage their loads. The website’s functionality is optimized for quick updates and real-time communication, enabling logistics teams to stay on top of all moving parts throughout the shipping process.
